Speciality Sessions is a series of interactive training seminars for the on-trade. Taking place in person in London, each session offers a deep look into a drinks category, with learning backed up by competition: a drinks quiz to test your new knowledge with fantastic prizes up for grabs.

Our next session is at Oriole, focusing on liqueurs. Top drinks educator Hannah Lanfear will guide guests through the category, exploring a range of styles, flavours and serves, while sharing the history and craftsmanship behind some of the industry’s most iconic bottles.

We’ll cap the afternoon with our trademark quiz, with runner up prizes featuring bottles from the tasting mat and a top prize for the winning guest.
